Hi there, I’m Jules and welcome to my blog

I am 18 years old and currently living in Zurich, where I’m finishing school this year. Before moving to Switzerland almost 9 years ago, my family and I used to live in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I was born and raised. Ever since I was a little girl my parents used to take me with them to their weekly visit to the flea market every Sunday morning. They are big fans of anything vintage and so our home has always been filled with tons of antiquities. All this used stuff started growing on me, but it wasn’t until we moved to Zurich that I started secondhand shopping myself.

I’ve always been an enthusiastic shopper and have had a big interest in fashion, so I love having new clothes to style. At first secondhand shopping seemed like a practical solution to satisfy my consumeristic heart, since, like most other teenagers, I barely had any own money. Only in the past few years have I really fallen in love with vintage fashion; I’ve learned to appreciate its uniqueness and the stories old clothes can tell. I like to believe that I have since perfected the art of finding the hidden gems among all the worn-out pieces of clothing.
